Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Hotel Festival in Opole, I appreciated the blend of comfort and convenience it offered. The air-conditioned Debiut restaurant was a highlight, serving both Polish and international dishes, perfect for my engaged companions and me after a long day of exploring the city. The indoor pool was a fantastic way to unwind, allowing us free access to a relaxing environment, a rarity so close to the city centre. The spacious family room was meticulously clean, featuring comfortable beds, ideal for post-adventure relaxation. Not to be overlooked, the 24-hour lobby bar provided a convenient spot to enjoy a drink while engaging in lively conversation with friends. While there's room for improvement with service, particularly in communication, our overall experience was pleasant, especially with the warm welcome set of tea and coffee awaiting us upon arrival. In essence, Hotel Festival is a charming retreat that balances leisure and accessibility well, making it suitable for both family gatherings and business trips.
